2. The petitioner seeks regular bail in the present case registered for the offence under Sections 341, 323, 337, 338, 307, 504, 506, 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

3. Earlier the prayer of the petitioner for grant of bail was rejected vide order dated 30.08.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 56280 of 2023.

4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has not committed any offence. Petitioner is in custody since 10.07.2023 and has clean antecedent. Similarly situated co-accused namely Dinesh Mehta has been granted bail vide order dated 20.03.2024 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 22698 of 2024.

5. Learned A.P.P. has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.

6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, this application for regular bail is allowed.

7. Let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (Ten Thousand)with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Additional Sessions Judge-II, Aurangabad/concerned Court below in connection with Mali P.S. Case No. 43 of 2023.

8. This application stands allowed.
