Learned APP, appearing on behalf of the State is present and submitted that the matter is pending since 05.09.2018 wherein, F.I.R. was lodged on 28.11.2016 itself, under Section 7 of the Essential Commodities Act. It has further been submitted that it appears that the petitioner loosed his interest to prosecute with present case.

Considering the above, the present petition is being dismissed in want of prosecution.
