The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered under Sections 341, 323, 307, 326, 504, 506, 147 of the Indian Penal Code.

The prosecution case in short is that due to dispute with regard to he buffalo, the accused persons came to the house of informant and started abusing. On protest made by husband of the informant, the accused persons exploded bomb, as a result of which, his left leg severely damaged.

It has been submitted on behalf of the petitioner that the petitioner has got go criminal antecedent. There is no allegation of tampering of witnesses alleged against the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 14-01-2019. Charge sheet has

On behalf of the State, it is submitted that the petitioner is named in the Complaint Case/F.I.R.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- (Ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate-15th, Muzaffarpur in connection with Gaighat P.S. Case No. 316 of 2014.
