Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that he wants to withdraw the present writ application in light of the order dated 11.08.2017 passed by the Lokayukta Bihar in Complaint Case No.01/Lok (Shiksha) 237/2010 (Sri Santosh Kumar vs. District Education Officer, Begusarai), which has been brought on record by way of Annexure-10 to the I.A. No.8362 of 2017.
