The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Tariyani Chhapara P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 447, 323, 324, 307 and 504 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are quite innocent. They have falsely been implicated in this case. There is case and counter case between the parties. Further submission is that both the parties have compromised the case and filed a Compromise Petition (Annexure-2) in the Court below.

No.59648 of 2018(2) dt.31-10-2018 2/2 Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M., Sheohar in connection with Tariyani Chhapara P.S. Case No. 54 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 562 of 2018, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C. (Arvind Srivastava, J) shailendra/- U T
