2. This present petition has been filed for a

Patna High Court CWJC No.8140 of 2020 dt.05-10-2020 2/2 direction to the respondents to consider the representations of the petitioner dated 21.05.2020 and 07.09.2020 respectively, which have been filed by him before the District Education Officer, Madhepura.

3. It goes without saying that such representations must be responded to within time.

4. Considering the aforesaid request made by the petitioner, which is very logical, this Court directs the District Education Officer, Madhepura to dispose off the representations of the petitioner, referred to above, within a reasonable period, preferably within a period of eight weeks from today by a reasoned order and such order shall be communicated to the petitioner forthwith.

5. With the aforesaid observation/direction, the writ petition stands disposed off.
