JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 27-03-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following relief:- "1.a. To take cognizance of the enquiry report dated 30.12.2013 and the subsequent representation dated 03.02.2014 (Annexure-3 & 4).

b. And to cancel the fair price shop, run by the Respondent No. 8 & 9.

c. And further to allot the fair price shop

Patna High Court CWJC No.11763 of 2015(2) dt.27-03-2023 2/2 of Churaman Chak to some other suitable person, who can run the shop fairly."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however, seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to avail such other alternative remedies, as are otherwise available under the law, for redressal of the aforesaid grievances. Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands dismissed as not pressed.
