2. The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Rajoun P.S. Case No. 613 of 2024 registered for the offence under Section 309(4) of the BNS.

3. As per the prosecution case, unknown criminals are said to have committed loot of a motorcycle belonging to the informant.

4. The petitioner is in custody since 17.01.2025.

5. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and claims to have clean antecedent.

6. Learned APP for the State has opposed the application of the petitioner for grant of bail and has submitted that in the T.I. Parade, the petitioner has been identified by one

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.32138 of 2025(5) dt.17-10-2025 2/2 of the witness.

7. In view of the submission of the learned APP for the State and also considering the gravity of the offence, this Court is not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
