Heard the learned counsel for the petitioner as well as the learned APP for the State through video conferencing. The present application has been filed for modification of the order dated 07.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37720 of 2021, by which the petitioner was granted anticipatory bail.
For the reasons disclosed in the application, it is allowed and the time granted by order dated 07.12.2021, passed in Cr. Misc. No. 37720 of 2021 for surrender of the petitioner
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31870 of 2022(2) dt.01-07-2022 2/2 and furnishing bail bond is extended by four weeks from the date of receipt of copy of this order, subject to deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. At the time of surrender, the petitioner shall furnish the receipt showing deposit of Rs. 3,000/- to the District Legal Services Authority. Office shall ensure that all defects are removed by the petitioner within the stipulated time mentioned hereinabove, failing which, the matter shall be brought to the notice of this Court.
