The petitioners apprehend arrest in connection with Amnour P.S. Case No. 28 of 2021 registered under Sections 304(B), 201 and 341 of the Indian Penal Code. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case. There is no specific allegation against the petitioners. Petitioners are relatives of the informant. Further he submits that husband of the deceased is in

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.42127 of 2021(2) dt.21-03-2022 2/2 custody. Petitioners have no criminal antecedent. Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing personal bond to the satisfaction of the A.C.J.M.-IV, Saran at Chapra in connection with Amnour P.S.
