JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 08-05-2019 After some arguments learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the petition in order to approach the competent Civil Court for appropriate remedy. Learned counsel further submits that he shall file the suit within a period of one month and in case, the suit is filed within a period of one month, the respondent shall not disturb the petitioner for a period of one month, thereafter, the petitioner shall seeks the appropriate relief/interim relief before the competent Civil Court.
