2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025, registered for the offences punishable under Sections 126(2), 115(2), 118(1), 109, 352 read with 3(5) of BNS.
3. The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated. He is a person of clean antecedent. There is case and counter case. There is previous dispute between the parties.
4. On the other hand, the learned APP for the State has opposed the prayer for bail.
5. The allegation against the petitioner is that he along
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31618 of 2026(2) dt.13-05-2026 2/3 with other accused persons abused and assaulted the husband of the informant, Devendra Mahto, due to which he sustained injuries. The other accused persons have already been granted regular bail, as discussed in the impugned order. The petitioner has clean antecedent. It is also stated that the case lodged by the informant is by way of counterblast to Maranchi P.S. Case No. 103 of 2025 instituted from the side of the petitioner. Considering all these aspects of the matter, I am inclined to grant privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner.

Let the petitioner, as named above, in the event of his arrest or surrender within four weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Additional Chief Judicial Magistrate III, Barh (Patna) in connection with Maranchi P.S. Case No. 104 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down under section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure/Section 482(2) of the Bharatiya Nagarik Suraksha Sanhita, 2023 and subject to further condition that :- (i) The petitioner shall co-operate in the investigation/ trial.
(ii) The learned Court below would, however, verify
