The petitioner seeks pre-arrest bail in connection with Harnaut (Chero) P.S. Case No.91 of 2019 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 504, 506, 307, 427 and 436 of the Indian Penal Code and also Sections 25(1-B)(a), 26, 35 and 27 of the Arms Act.

Considering that there is a case and counter case and in paragraph 3 of the application the petitioner has stated that he has no criminal antecedent as also the submission that all the injuries found on the person of the injured on the side of the informant were simple in nature, the sole petitioner, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (ten
