Heard learned counsel for the petitioners and the learned A.P.P. for the State.
The petitioners apprehend their arrest in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020 registered under Sections 147, 447, 342, 323, 325, 307, 504 and 506/34 of the Indian Penal Code.
Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioners submits that petitioners are innocent and have falsely been implicated in the present case due to land dispute. There is
Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.30218 of 2020(2) dt.23-02-2021 2/2 specific allegation against co-accused Deepak Kumar and Rupak Kumar. Further submission is that there is case and counter case between the parties for the alleged disputes. Petitioners have got no criminal antecedent.
Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioners be released on bail, in the event of arrest or surrender before the learned Court below within a period of four weeks from today, on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of J.M., 1st Class, Begusarai in connection with Nawkothi P.S. Case No. 57 of 2020, subject to the condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Cr. P.C.
