The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 24.03.2015 passed by learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Sheikhpura in Sheikhpura P.S. Case No. 234 of 2014 whereby and whereunder learned court below took cognizance for the offences under Section 419, 420 and 406 of the Indian Penal Code and under Section 139 of the Negotiable Instrument Act against the petitioner.
