Petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 272, 273 of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 30(a), 38 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016.

The recovery of liquor is alleged from the house of co-accused Santosh Kumar. Name of the petitioner surfaced in the disclosure statement of co-accused. Petitioner has got identical criminal antecedents.

Considering the criminal antecedents of the petitioner and his involvement in business of liquor cannot be rulled out, hence, let the petitioner, above named, be released on bail after completion of six months of custody on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000/- (Rupees Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of

No.31634 of 2019(2) dt.14-05-2019 2/2 the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court below where the case is pending in connection with Bangara Police Station Case No. 76 of 2018, with the following conditions: (a) Both the bailors shall be the resident of territorial jurisdiction of the learned court-below having immovable property.
