The petitioners apprehend their arrest in a case registered for the offence under Sections 147, 149, 341, 323, 186, 353, 427, 504 & 506 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the prosecution case, 18 F.I.R. named accused persons including these petitioners and 100-150 unknown persons blocked the traffic and created obstruction to the police personnel in discharge of their official duty and also pelted stones on the vehicles.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioners that the allegation, as alleged in the F.I.R., is general and omnibus. No specific overt act has been alleged against these petitioners. Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as nature of accusation, let the above named petitioners, in the event of their arrest/surrender within a period of six weeks from today, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) each with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned S.D.J.M., Barh (Patna) in connection with Athmalgola P.S. Case No. 174 of 2021, subject to condition as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure.
