2. Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner informs that though substantial grievance of the petitioner has been redressed, however, the petitioner seeks liberty to file a detailed representation before the Director General of Police, Jharkhand, as the matter relates to the period before the re-organisation of the State in the year 2000.

3. Regard to aforesaid submission, the writ petition stands disposed of.
