The petitioner is apprehending his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Section 498A of the Indian Penal Code.

Since mediation is not going on in the Patna High Court Mediation Centre due to COVID effect, let the matter be sent to the court below for mediation.

In the meantime, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of thirty days from the date of receipt of the order, be released on provisional anticipatory bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.20,000 (Twenty Thousand) with two sureties of the

No.25817 of 2020(5) dt.22-03-2021 2/2 like amount each to the satisfaction of learned court below where the case is pending in connection with Complaint Case No. 751 of 2019, subject to the conditions as laid down under Section 438(2) of the Code of Criminal Procedure and further the petitioner shall fully cooperate with the investigation/trial of the case and also the petitioner shall not leave the country without permission of the learned Trial Court, failing which the court below shall be at liberty to cancel the bail bond of the petitioner.

The petitioner shall fully cooperate in the reconciliation proceeding before the learned court below. If the petitioner would not be cooperative in the proceeding that would be a ground for cancellation of bail bond of the petitioner by the learned court below itself.
