KUMAR ORAL ORDER (Per: HONOURABLE THE CHIEF JUSTICE) 02-03-2020 Petitioner has prayed for the following reliefs: "(i) For directing the respondents to take immediate steps for the proper management of Sitamarhi Sadar Hospital and to provide basic amenities and the medicine to the patients within a time frame. (ii) For issuance of appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to disclose the withdrawal of the amount within last three years and the manner of utilization thereof.

(iv) For issuance of an appropriate writ, order or direction commanding the respondents to repair the tube-wells, latrine-bath and drainage with cover thereof, within a time frame."
Learned counsel for the petitioner states that the present petition has become infructuous, as such, he may be permitted to withdraw the same.
