Petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Bikramganj P.S. Case No. 265 of 2018 registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 324, 307 of the Indian Penal Code and 27 of the Arms Act.
Taking into consideration that there is specific allegation against the petitioner that he opened fire causing fire arm injury on the leg of the informant, I am not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to petitioner and accordingly, his prayer for anticipatory bail stands rejected.

No.57424 of 2018 (2) dt.20-09-2018 2/2 However, if petitioner surrenders before the court below within six weeks from today and seeks regular bail, the concerned court shall consider the regular bail application of the petitioner on its own merit without being prejudiced by this rejection order.
