2. The petitioner apprehends her arrest in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, instituted under Section 30(a) of the Bihar Prohibition & Excise Act.
3. As per the prosecution case, there is recovery of 5 litres country made liquor from the house of the petitioner.
4. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in this case. The alleged room from where the liquor has been recovered does not belong to the petitioner rather it belongs to the co-sharer. Petitioner was not present at the place of recovery. Petitioner is a lady having no criminal antecedent. Petitioner undertakes to co-operate in the investigation and trial.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case and submission of learned counsel for the parties, in the event of arrest or surrender before the Court below within six weeks from today, the petitioner be released on bail upon furnishing bail bonds of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Court of 2nd Exclusive Special Judge, Excise, Saran at Chapra in connection with Manjhi P.S. Case No. 71 of 2025, subject to the conditions laid down in Section 482 (2) of the Bharatiya Nagrik Suraksha Sanhita (B.N.S.S.), 2023.
