The petitioner apprehends his arrest in a case registered for the offences punishable under Sections 341, 323, 307, 504 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code read with Section 27 of the Arms Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has antecedent of two cases and the informant alleges that this petitioner along with Biru Yadav started firing causing injury to his son on account of dispute relating to outstanding fare of vehicle.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner has been falsely implicated in the present case and the allegations are general and omnibus in nature.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.31789 of 2022(12) dt.20-06-2023 2/2 Learned A.P.P. for the State opposes the prayer for anticipatory bail of the petitioner and submits that the injured has suffered fire arm injury.

Considering the submission made by the learned APP for the State and the fact that the injured has suffered fire arm injury, the Court is not inclined to extend the privilege of anticipatory bail to the petitioner. His prayer for anticipatory bail is thus rejected.
