In the present case, the petitioner is seeking bail in connection with Special Case No. 92 of 2019 arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 546 of 2019 registered for offence punishable under Sections 20/22/24 of N.D.P.S. Act. Counsel for the petitioner submits that earlier the petitioner had moved before this Court for grant of bail by filing Cr. Misc. No.75176 of 2019, which was rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.11.2019 with a liberty to renew his prayer for bail after completion of one year of his judicial custody and the petitioner has remained in judicial custody for more than one year and in such view of the matter, he should be granted bail.

No.30612 of 2020(2) dt.23-11-2020 2/2 Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, the petitioner, above-named, is directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Sessions Judge-cum-Special Judge, Patna in connection with Special Case No. 92 of 2019 arising out of Ram Krishna Nagar P.S. Case No. 546 of 2019 with a condition that if the petitioner, after his release in this case, is again found involved in similar nature of cases then the concerned court would be at liberty to take steps for cancellation of his bail bonds.
