JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 21-08-2024 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "1(i). For directing the respondent authority, particularly respondent No. 4 to take effective steps for removing encroachment made over a Government's Pond (Sairat) Puliyahi Pokhar passing through Khata No. , Kheshra No. 373, situated at village Ramouli under thana of Darbhanga District.

(ii). For further directing the Respondent authorities to restrain the Circle Officer regarding encroachment made over the public pond, which is existing from much earlier."

After some arguments, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks not to press the present writ petition, however,

Patna High Court CWJC No.11541 of 2015(3) dt.21-08-2024 2/2 seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to approach the Respondent No. 4 i.e. the Circle Officer, Benipur, Darbhanga, for redressal of his aforesaid grievances. Liberty, so sought, is granted.
