JUSTICE CHAKRADHARI SHARAN SINGH ORAL ORDER 17-05-2019 The petitioner is seeking a direction, commanding the respondents, to return the petitioner's eight decimal of land, which has been made part of the State Government's pond, situated adjacent to the petitioner's land. The petitioner is also seeking a direction to the respondents to make the said State Government's pond encroachment free.

In my view, the petitioner has statutory remedy under the provisions of the Bihar Land Disputes Resolution Act, 2009, which the petitioner can invoke.

This writ application is disposed of with the liberty to the petitioner to approach the Public Grievance Redressal

Patna High Court CWJC No.10107 of 2019(2) dt.17-05-2019 2/2 Officer by making appropriate application in accordance with law.

If such an application is made, the same shall be disposed of within the time stipulated under the Act. This writ application stands disposed of.
