2. The petitioner seeks bail in a case registered for the offence punishable under Sections 341, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.
3. As per prosecution case, this petitioner is alleged to have assaulted on the head of informant with iron rod. Doctor has found the injury grievous in nature.
4. It is submitted by learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner that petitioner is quite innocent and has committed no offence. There is case and counter-case between the parties. Petitioner has got no criminal antecedents and he is in custody since 27.01.2025. Moreover, charge-sheet has already been submitted.

5. Learned A.P.P. for the State has vehemently opposed the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner.
6. Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, case and counter-case between the parties, period of custody and clean antecedents of the petitioner, the prayer for grant of bail to the petitioner is allowed.
7. Accordingly, let the above named petitioner be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate-I, Siwan in connection with Maharajganj P.S. Case No. 21 of 2024. (Prabhat Kumar Singh, J) shashank/- U T
