2. Learned Counsel for the petitioners submits that the present writ petition has been filed with the following reliefs: "(i) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authorities under the Health

Patna High Court CWJC No.7118 of 2026 dt.15-05-2026 2/3 Department and Bihar Technical Service Commission, Bihar, Patna to add the petitioners name in the final list published for the document verification in connection with Advertisement No. 23/2025 (Regular Staff Nurse Appointment 2025) because the petitioner have obtained more than final cut off marks fixed by the respondents.

(ii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authority Bihar Technical Service Commission, Bihar, Patna to issue petitioner's final answer key with respect to Advertisement No. 23/2025 (Regular Staff Nurse Appointment 2025) or add the experience marks and call for the documents verification.

(iii) Issuance of a direction, order or writ, including writ in the nature of mandamus commanding the concerned respondent authority, Bihar Technical Service Commission, Bihar, Patna to add the petitioner's experience wattage marks and call for the documents verification and further order to absorb/appoint on the post of Regular Staff Nurse post under the Advertisement No. 23/2025 (Regular Staff Nurse Appointment 2025).

3. Learned Counsel for the Bihar Technical Service Commission submits that due to a software error, the petitioners could not be called for document verification. After filing of the writ petition, such defects relating to eight persons have been rectified. He further submits, on instructions received, that all the identified eight persons, namely, Rina Kumari, Virendra Kumar Yadav, Amrita Toppo, Surendra Singh Karwasra, Debasis Ghosh, Valsa Ekka, KM. Vimarsha and Shivangi Gupta, including the present petitioners, shall be called for document verification. In this regard, notices shall be issued to them very shortly.

4. In the light of the submissions made by learned counsel for the Bihar Technical Service Commission, the present writ petition is disposed off with a direction to the Bihar Technical Service Commission, Bihar, Patna, to call the petitioners for document verification within a period of four weeks.
