The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Tandawa P.S. Case No. 30 of 2020 registered under Sections 302, 307 and other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing on behalf of the petitioner submits that petitioner is innocent and has falsely been implicated in the present case. Final form has already been submitted in the instant case. Further he submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

Having considered the facts and circumstances of the case, let the above named petitioner be released on bail, in the

Patna High Court CR. MISC.
