No one appears on behalf of the State although the name of the Advocate General is appearing in the cause list. Petitioner is in custody in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020 for the offence under sections 25(1-b)(a) and 26 of the Arms Act and 8/20)b)ii)(a) 25/29of N.D.P.S. Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that petitioner has no criminal antecedent.

In the instant case one country made loaded pistol, samsung mobile, motorcycle alongwith 50 gram of ganja was recovered from the possession of the petitioner. The petitioner is in custody since 3.4.2020.

Considering the fact that the petitioner has no criminal

No.31013 of 2020(2) dt.08-01-2021 2/2 antecedent and he is in custody since 3.4.2020, the Court is inclined to grant bail to the petitioner, let the petitioner, named above, be enlarged on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 25,000/- (Twenty five thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of Additional Sessions Judge 1st cum Special Judge, Vaishali at Hajipur, in connection with Hajipur Sadar P.S. Case No. 210 of 2020.
