Let the defect(s), if any, be removed within a period of four weeks from today.

The petitioner seeks regular bail in connection with Town P.S. Case No. 269 of 2023 registered for the offence punishable under Sections 30(a), 32(2) of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act.

Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the there is recovery of total 6,600 pieces of cough syrup made of Wiscof Company and also the petitioner is in custody since 21.04.2023.

Learned APP has vehemently opposed the prayer for bail.
