JUSTICE MOHIT KUMAR SHAH ORAL ORDER 16-02-2023 The present writ petition has been filed seeking the following reliefs:- "(i) For quashing the entire proceeding with regard to Encroachment Case No.

10/04-05 in respect of land bearing Khata No. 473, Plot No. 2454/1890, Area 0.6 dhur, Thana No. 114, District-Madhubani which was pending before Circle Officer, Pandaul, District-Madhubani.

(ii) For setting aside notice dated 10.07.2012 which was issued in Encroachment Case No. 10/04-05 by Circle officer, Pandaul District-Madhubani by which given direction to petitioner to file show therein explained that why not

Patna High Court CWJC No.13713 of 2013(3) dt.16-02-2023 2/2 encroachment which was made by petitioner, is to be removed."

At the outset, the learned counsel for the petitioner seeks liberty on behalf of the petitioner to file reply to the aforesaid notice dated 10.07.2012, issued by the Circle Officer, Pandaul, District-Madhubani in connection with Encroachment Case No. 10 of 2004-05, in case the matter is still alive.

Liberty so sought is granted.

The writ petition stands disposed off as not pressed.
