The petitioner apprehends his arrest in Khajekala P.S. Case No.379 of 2018 registered under Section 420 of the Indian Penal Code, Sections 63 and 64 of Copyright Act and Sections 102, 103 and 104 of Trademark Act, 1999.
The informant alleged that he got information that the petitioner was manufacturing Blue Heaven nail-polish in violation of Trademark Act and Copyright Act and on such, a raid was conducted in the house of the petitioner and some empty bottles and boxes were recovered.
The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that no material was found from the house of the petitioner showing that the petitioner was manufacturing any nail-polish of Blue

Taking into consideration the facts aforesaid and nature of allegation made against the petitioner, let the petitioner, above named, in the event of his arrest or surrender before the court below within a period of four weeks from the date of receipt of the order, be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/-(Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned S.D.J.M., Patna City in connection with Khajekala P.S.
