2. The petitioner apprehends his arrest in connection with Sahebganj P.S. Case No. 164 of 2022 registered for offence punishable under Sections 25 (1-b)a, 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

3. The learned counsel for the petitioner has submitted that the petitioner was not arrested at the spot, nothing was recovered from his possession, he is a person of clean antecedent and his name has figured in confessional statement of co-accused, who was arrested with a pistol.

4. Learned APP for the State opposed the prayer for anticipatory bail.

5. Considering the above-mentioned facts and circumstances, especially the clean antecedent of the petitioner,

No.34556 of 2023(2) dt.21-07-2023 2/2 let him, in the event of his arrest or surrender, within four weeks from today, be released on bail on furnishing bail bonds of Rs.10,000/- with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate 1st Class, Muzaffarpur in connection with Sahebganj P.S.
