On perusal of the reliefs and as submitted by Mrs. Shilpa Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State, this is not a PIL as the petitioner has raised personal grievances. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy, if so advised.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
