JUSTICE DINESH KUMAR SINGH) 01-10-2020 The present writ application has been filed for following reliefs:- "That the present writ petition craves indulgences of this Hon'ble Court in representative capacity for issuance of writ in the nature of mandamus for computer error correction of admit card STET-2019 form online "portal" as soon as for one week under before examination start period June 2020 examination not declare if will be not computer error correction in Admit card STET 2019. Then will be varies examine candidates out form examination hall. Which will be verification of article 14 and 19 of the Constitution India. On perusal of the reliefs and as submitted by Mrs. Shilpa Singh, learned counsel appearing for the State, this is not a PIL as the petitioner has raised personal grievances. Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the writ petition with liberty to take recourse to appropriate remedy, if so advised.

Accordingly, this writ application is disposed of as withdrawn with the aforesaid liberty.
