The present petition has been preferred for quashing of the order dated 23.6.2015 passed by learned 10th Additional Sessions Judge, Muzaffarpur, in Sessions Trial No. 217 of 2012 under section 161 of the Cr.P.C.

It has been informed by him that status report was called for by the coordinate bench of this Court in 2018. Upon perusal of letter no. 68 dated 6.4.2018 by the learned trial court, it seems that five years ago, it was stated that only one witness is to be examined and the Court is trying to dispose of the trial at an earliest.
