The present petition has been filed for quashing of the First Information Report of Kotwali P.S. Case No. 276 of 2015, dated 04.06.2015, which has been registered under Section 406 of the Indian Penal Code.

It appears from the order-sheet of this Court that on 21.03.2018, a report was called for from the Court below about the stage of the case.

The report, which has been received, indicates that the police has submitted final form in this case which has been accepted by the learned Court below.

In this view of the matter, the present petition has become infructuous.
