The present application has been filed for modification application of order dated 20.03.2023 passed in Cr. Misc. No.3782 of 2023 to the extent of extending the period of surrender.

On the grounds mentioned in the modification application and in the interest of justice, the period to surrender is extended by six weeks from today in connection with Aurangabad (Town) P.S. Case No.659 of 2022, pending in the court of learned Special Judge, I, Excise, Aurangabad, subject to deposit of Rs.2000/- (Rs. Two Thousand) in the Victim Compensation Fund, Bihar.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.33417 of 2023(2) dt.17-05-2023 2/2 The order dated 20.03.2023 is modified to the extent as indicated above.

Accordingly, this modification application stands disposed of.
