JUSTICE ANIL KUMAR UPADHYAY ORAL ORDER 15-05-2019 The issue raised in the present writ petition is no more res integra. In the matter of addition of arms licence to the existing licence, a Bench of this Court has occasion to decide the issue in CWJC No. 2182 of 2018 and relying on the order passed in CWJC No. 2182 of 2018, this Court has also passed order dated 9.4.2019 in CWJC No. 7128 of 2019 in the following manner:- "Considering the fact that similar issue was already examined by aco-ordinate Bench of this Court vide judgment dated 21.12.2018

Patna High Court CWJC No.2470 of 2017(4) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 and the Court has already decided the principle to be applied for grant of additional licence to existing licence, the Court is inclined to allow the present application with a direction to the licensing authority, namely, the District Magistrate, Patna to take appropriate decision in terms of Rule 15(4) TO (6), Rule 18 and Schedule V of Rules 2016 within a maximum period of 30 days from the receipt/production of copy of this order.

With the aforesaid, the present writ application stands allowed and disposed of."

In view of the above, Annexure-8 to the writ petition is quashed and this writ petition is allowed. (Anil Kumar Upadhyay, J) spandey/- U
