However, it appears that the present modification has been filed for modification of order dated 24.04.2018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15711 of 2018 by which, the petitioner was granted the privilege of anticipatory bail and he was directed to surrender before the Court below within a period of six weeks for furnishing bail bonds but it appears from the modification application that he did not surrender within the aforesaid period as he is a doctor and after expiry of six months, now has moved this Court for modification of the aforesaid order. Considering the aforesaid facts, I am not inclined to interfere with the order dated 24.04.20182018 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 15711 of 2018 rather this application is disposed of with direction to the petitioner to surrender before the court below and

Patna High Court Cr.Misc. No.64257 of 2018 (2) dt.31-10-2018 pray for regular bail and if any such application is filed, the court below shall consider the same on the ground that earlier the petitioner has been granted privilege of anticipatory bail and dispose of the prayer for bail of the petitioner, if possible on same day.
