The petitioner seeks bail in Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 106 of 2021, registered for the offence under Sections 406, 420, 465, 467, 468, 469, 471 of the Indian Penal Code. As per the F.I.R., informant got issued a SIM card from the shop of Nasim Mobile Communication after submitting photocopy of his Aadhar Card and thereafter, it is alleged that the proprietor of Nasim Mobile Communication, misusing the Aadhar card of informant, issued several SIM cards to different persons. It is also alleged that forged SIM is being used for demanding ransom.

It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner is not named in the F.I.R. The thrust of the accusation is against co-accused Nasim Ansari (proprietor of Nasim Mobile Communication). Petitioner is in custody since 12.03.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, West Champaran at Bettiah in connection with Chanpatia P.S. Case No. 106 of 2021.
