The learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner was an employee of Gyan Niketan, Senior Secondary School, Gola Road, Off West Bailey Road, Danapur, Patna from 21.07.2007 to 30.11.2008 and an account in the Provident Fund Department was opened, vide P.F. Code Account No. BR/5800/489, but another person, who has been appointed in the name of the petitioner in the aforesaid school,

Patna High Court CWJC No.16857 of 2013(4) dt.22-05-2019 2/2 his provident fund amount has also been transmitted in his bank account and after receipt of the same, he has filed an application before the Assistant Commissioner, E.P.F. Office, R. Block, Patna, but no corrective measure has been taken by the Authority and thereby he felt that he may land himself in trouble.

3. Let the Assistant Commissioner examine the case of the petitioner and take a decision within a period of three months from the date of receipt or production of a copy of this order and if by mistake the provident fund deposit has been transferred to the account of the petitioner, it requires necessary correction by proper advice by the E.P.F. Commissioner to the Bank authority.
