The petitioners are in custody in connection with Jandaha P.S. Case No. 183 of 2018 for the offences under Sections 448, 323, 324, 307, 379, 504, 506, 354 and 34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel for the petitioners submits that the petitioners have no criminal antecedent and they are in custody since 30.03.2019. He further submits that on account of land dispute between Gotiya scuffle took place.

Considering the fact that petitioners have no criminal antecedent and the scuffle took place on account of land
