03-01-2022 Heard learned counsel for the parties.

The petitioner seeks bail in Pali P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020, registered for the offence under Section 307 & other allied sections of the Indian Penal Code.

As per the F.I.R., this petitioner assaulted the informant by means of pasuli causing multiple cut injury. It is submitted on behalf of petitioner that petitioner has been falsely implicated in this case due to family dispute. Petitioner is none else but son of the informant. The alleged occurrence has taken place on 31.05.2020, but F.I.R. has been lodged on 14.06.2020 without any plausible explanation of delay. Petitioner claims clean antecedent and he is in custody since 01.03.2021.

Learned A.P.P. for the State has opposed the bail petition.

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.41574 of 2021(2) dt.03-01-2022 2/2 Considering the aforesaid facts and circumstances as well as period of custody, the bail petition of petitioner is allowed. Let the above named petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail-bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned C.J.M., Jehanabad in connection with Pali P.S. Case No. 64 of 2020.
