The petitioners seek pre-arrest bail in connection with Bahera P. S. Case No. 145 of 2018 corresponding to G.R. No. 172 of 2018 registered under Sections 147, 148, 149, 341, 323, 324, 337, 379 and 307 of the Indian Penal Code. Considering the submission that there is case and counter case and the members of the prosecution party sustained only simple and superficial injuries, in the event of arrest or surrender before the court below within six weeks from today, the petitioners named above are directed to be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/- (Rupees ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the
