The petitioner has preferred this application for grant of regular bail in a case registered under sections 25(1-B)(a), 26 and 35 of the Arms Act.

As per the prosecution case, one live cartridge was recovered from the possession of this petitioner. It is submitted by learned Senior Counsel appearing for the petitioner that no incriminating article has been recovered from the possession of the petitioner. He has been falsely implicated in the case. He is in custody since 22.3.2021 and has no criminal antecedent. Chargesheet has been submitted in the case.

Heard learned A.P.P. for the State.

No.41103 of 2021(3) dt.21-01-2022 2/2 Having heard learned counsel for the parties and taking into consideration the facts of the case together with the petitioner not having any criminal antecedent and having remained in custody for about 10 months, the Court directs the petitioner to be enlarged on bail in connection with Khaira P.S. Case no. 93 of 2021 on furnishing bail bond of Rs.10,000/ (Rupees Ten Thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of the learned Chief Judicial Magistrate, Jamui.
