The petitioner seeks bail in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018 for the offence under Sections 414, 420, 467, 468, 471/34 of the Indian Penal Code.

Learned counsel appearing for the petitioner submits that earlier the prayer for bail of this petitioner had been rejected by this Court vide order dated 25.01.2019 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 1039 of 2019 with an observation to renew his prayer for bail after framing of charge. Charges have been framed in this case on 08.03.2019 and there is no allegation of tampering with the witnesses against the

Patna High Court CR. MISC. No.29449 of 2019(2) dt.15-05-2019 2/2 petitioner. The petitioner is rotting in judicial custody since 21.07.2018.

Considering the facts and circumstances of the case, let the, above named, petitioner be released on bail on furnishing bail bond of Rs. 10,000/- (ten thousand) with two sureties of the like amount each to the satisfaction of learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Vaishali in connection with Hajipur Nagar P.S. Case No. 455 of 2018. (Arvind Srivastava, J) brajesh/- U T
