Case No.171 of 2020 instituted under sections 498(a) of IPC and 3⁄4 of Dowry Prohibition Act. In furtherance of this the petitioner humbly prays for a direction be issued to the respondents for the forthwith release of the instant petitioner from the illegal detention after quashing the abovesaid illegal detention order dated 11.09.2020 passed by the learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna.
(b) Pass such other order(s) direction(s) for which petitioner is entitled in the facts and circumstances of the instant case."
Learned counsel for the petitioner seeks permission to withdraw the present petition reserving liberty to independently challenge the order 11.09.2020 passed by Smt. Madhvi Singh, learned Judicial Magistrate, 1st Class, Patna in Kankarbagh P.S. Case No. 171 of 2020 instituted under Section 498(A) of the Indian Penal Code and Sections 3 and 4 of the Dowry Prohibition Act by way of a separate writ petition. Permission granted with further liberty to make a special mention for early listing of the matter.
