This application is filed for grant of regular bail in connection with Nawada (Town) P.S. Case No. 376 of 2021 registered for the offence punishable under sections 33, 34 and 36 of the Bihar Prohibition and Excise Act, 2016. Learned counsel for the petitioner submits that the petitioner is in custody since 05.11.2023 and petitioner has 23 antecedents and it is also alleged that the informant's brother died after consuming illicit liquor.

In view of the above, I am not inclined to grant bail to the petitioner.
