2. This is the second attempt of the petitioner for grant of regular bail in connection with Akodhigola P.S. Case No. 02 of 2025.

3. Earlier the bail application of the petitioner was rejected vide order dated 05.02.2026 passed in Cr. Misc. No. 68846 of 2025 and the petitioner has filed this successive bail application within four months of its earlier rejection.

4. The practice of filing successive bail application within a period of six months from its earlier rejection order, without any change in circumstances cannot be entertained by this Court.
